Running it meant living in spreadsheets, calendar invites, payment links, and sticky notes — and still dropping things. So we set out to build one system that remembers every client, handles the scheduling and the money, and gets out of the way. Clients who are invited to the portal can see their history, book sessions, and pay — all in one place.

Session System is built by Kapotel LLC, in close partnership with practicing advisors. It's early — and built to grow with the practices that shape it.
