Terms of Service

Private preview access

Session System is currently offered as a private preview. Access may be limited, changed, paused, or ended as the product is developed. You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Session System to:

• Violate laws, third-party rights, or platform/provider rules.
• Send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or unsolicited messages.
• Collect or store information without appropriate authority.
• Interfere with the security or operation of the service.

Your client data

You remain responsible for the client, contact, session, note, appointment, payment, consent, and relationship information you enter into Session System. You are responsible for obtaining any permissions or consents required for your business communications and records.

As between you and Session System, you retain ownership of your workspace data. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service.

Communications, payments, and providers

Future integrations may depend on third-party phone, SMS, scheduling, payment, authentication, or infrastructure providers. Those providers may have their own terms, fees, consent requirements, registration requirements, and technical limits.

AI and professional-services boundaries

Session System may include AI-assisted administrative features. AI output can be incomplete or incorrect and must be reviewed before use. Session System does not provide medical, legal, financial, mental health, or other regulated professional advice.

Health-adjacent use

Session System is not currently designed as a HIPAA-covered medical records system. Detailed hypnotherapy, therapy, medical, or other protected health information workflows require separate review before use.

Availability and changes

The product is provided on a preview basis and may change frequently. We may modify or discontinue features as we learn from the private preview and prepare for broader launch.

Fees and billing

The private preview may be free, discounted, manually invoiced, or otherwise governed by a separate written arrangement. Paid plans, subscription terms, taxes, refunds, and cancellation rules will be published or agreed before broader paid launch.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Session System is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not responsible for third-party provider outages, provider-policy changes, or business decisions you make using the service.

Ending access

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access for security reasons, private preview limits, nonpayment where applicable, or violation of these terms.
